RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Clutch Crushhh issues store credit only, we do NOT issue refunds!
Exchanges-
Because are items are custom made, we cannot ensure the style/size/fabric required will be available by the time the item is returned, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Returns-
You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization via email to sales@clutchcrushhh.com. Upon approval, an authorization number will be emailed to you and the item(s) must be shipped within 5 days or less of the date of the confirmation email to the address below. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Accessories, brim hats and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, damage-free, and stainless. This includes damaged zippers, incomplete strapping or and with the original tags (if applicable) attached. We are not responsible for damages because of improper care or handling. If we detect that the item has been altered, worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the return. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Clutch Crushhh e-Gift card for use on a future purchase.
Clutch Crushhh is not responsible for returns until they reach our return address. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Clutch Crushhh will not issue store credit for your returns.
If you believe you received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at sales@clutchchrushhh.com with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. Exceptions and special circumstances concerning returns will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
