DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind our craftsmanship.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: sales@clutchcrushhh.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will:
✔ Repair the item
✔ Replace the item (if available)
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for:
- Correct shipping address
- Selecting correct item(s)
- Reviewing product details before purchase
We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Any attempt to file a chargeback for a valid order that follows our policies will be disputed with:
- Proof of purchase
- Agreement to terms
- Delivery confirmation
We reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers who initiate fraudulent disputes.
