Processing times vary:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–5 business days
• Custom / Pre-Order Items: 7–21 business days (or as stated on product page)

SHIPPING TIMES

Once shipped:

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (U.S.)
• Tracking information will be provided via email

IMPORTANT SHIPPING TERMS

• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are out of our control
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking shows “Delivered”, Clutch Crushhh is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages

We recommend:

✔ Shipping to secure locations
✔ Contacting carrier directly for claims

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a customer enters an incorrect address:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipping fees may apply

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us:

• Customer must pay for reshipping
• No refunds will be issued
